FTS14 Austenitic Stainless Steel Ball Float Steam Trap
The FTS14 is a closed-float condensate pot made of austenitic stainless steel with a built-in vent. It is the ideal process condensate pot as it efficiently drains the condensate under all pressure and load conditions. In the standard configuration, it has horizontal connections with the flow direction in front view from right to left (R-L). However, the unique design allows the lid to be rotated for a left-to-right flow (L-R) or vertically upwards or downwards.

This product fully complies with the requirements of the European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED).
Certificates:
This product is available with an EN 10204 3.1 certificate. All certification requirements must be specified at the time of the order.
Diameters and Connections:
- ½”, ¾”, and 1” BSP (BS 21 and DIN 2999) or NPT (ASME B 1.20.1) internal thread
- ½”, ¾”, and 1” SW according to ASME B16.11, BS 3799 Class 3000, and DIN 3239
- DN15, DN20, and DN25 Flanged according to ASME B 16.5 Class 150 and 300 or EN 1092-1 PN16 or PN25
- ½”, ¾”, and 1” Hygienic/Sanitary clamp connection (only FTS14-4.5).
Option:
Optionally available with an internal filter screen (FTS14X). The condensate pot can also be equipped with an adjustable needle valve for use as an anti-steam stop system (FTS14-C). The lid can be drilled and tapped with a 1/8” BSP connection for the installation of a temperature sensor.
