Fig 33 Cast Iron Strainer
The F33 is a cast iron Y-filter with flange connection and stainless steel sieve. The filters with a diameter of DN15 to DN80 have a sieve with standard perforation of 0.8mm. The filters with a diameter of DN100 to DN200 are equipped with a sieve with standard perforation of 1.6mm.
Optionally available with Monel sieve and other perforations. The sieve cap can be drilled and tapped for the installation of a blow-off or drainage valve.

Installation:
In horizontal or vertically descending pipes, with the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the housing. In a horizontal steam or gas pipe, install the filter with the axis of the sieve in the horizontal plane (to prevent water accumulation). In a liquid system, install the filter with the sieve cap at the bottom.
Diameters and Connections:
DN15, DN20, DN25, DN32, DN40, DN50, DN65, DN80, DN100, DN125, DN150, and DN200.
For DN65 to DN200, we offer the standard type F3716.
Standard flanges: EN 1092 PN16, AS2129 Table F, ASME 150 (DN15 & 20), and ASME 125 (DN25 to DN200).
