Closed-Float Steam Trap UFT32 - Stainless Steel Monobloc - Universal Coupling
The UFT32 is a maintenance-free closed-float steam trap made of austenitic stainless steel with a built-in air vent and universal coupling, designed for differential pressures up to 32 bar. The universal coupling allows easy and fast assembly and disassembly without interrupting the pipeline. The couplings are available in various configurations with flanged or SW pipe connections.
Air Vent:
The BP99/32 capsule used in the UFT32 is suitable for steam at 150°C superheated @ 0 bar eff. and 50°C superheated @ 32 bar eff.
Standards:
The body and cover are welded according to ASME Section IX and BS/EN 288. These products fully comply with the European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED).
Certificates:
These products are available at an additional cost with a certificate according to EN 10204 3.1. Certificates are only provided if requested at the time of order.

Specification:
The stainless steel closed-float steam trap UFT32 is suitable for differential pressures of 4.5, 10, 14, 21, or 32 bar. The steam trap is maintenance-free and is attached to a universal coupling by means of two bolts, allowing for quick installation or replacement.
