The ACI flow sight glass Type 591 offers a unique perspective for observing processes with its three viewports.
Aside from the standard front-facing viewing openings, the Type 591 includes an additional perpendicular viewport. This innovative design allows you to not only observe the medium flow from three different angles or utilize lateral light incidence but also provides the flexibility to equip the third viewport with carriers for additional sensors, probes, and other equipment. This adaptability transforms our Type 591 into a versatile and modular measuring device, successfully utilized by our satisfied customers.
Type 591 is available with our reliable borosilicate glass according to DIN 7080. In cases where borosilicate glass may not meet your specific requirements, we also offer options with quartz or sapphire glass. The glass panel is sealed using flat seals from reputable suppliers, customized to meet your individual needs. Our sealing options include soft seals made of NBR, EPDM, or silicone, as well as proven universal seals like KlingerSIL C4400, robust graphite materials such as Frenzelit novaphit MST, or fluoropolymers like Garlock Gylon, commonly used in the chemical industry.
When it comes to casing material, we prioritize your requirements. In addition to standard steel types for pressure equipment, such as S235JRG2 or P265GH, we offer corrosion-resistant stainless-steel alloys like 1.4404 and 1.4571. For the most demanding applications, we can also manufacture fittings upon request using special alloys such as Hastelloy or other high-quality materials to meet your specific needs.
