851bH Safety valves with bellows made of gunmetal
High-quality safety valve with bellows, made of high-grade, corrosion-resistant bronze. Heating systems with a set pressure other than 2.5 or 3 bar need protection from such safety valves. Apart from indirectly heated installations, the sizing of the valves is based on the heating power of the boiler.
For the protection of:
- Thermostatically secured closed water heating systems with flow temperatures up to 120 °C for all static heights or nominal power above 350 kW according to TRD 721, DIN 4751, and DIN EN 12828.
- If the thermostatic limitation and control unit fail, the safety valve must discharge the total heating power of the boiler in the form of hot water and steam.
- Solar centers with closed circuits according to DIN 4757-1 and 2 with flow temperatures up to 120 °C for all static heights.
- Substations for district heating, substations for district heating in buildings, and household systems suitable for connection to a hot water district heating network according to DIN 4747-1 and AGFW 505.
- Heating systems for building technology and industrial applications.
- Cogeneration plants (CHP).
- Biogas installations.
- Transfer stations for district heating, building substations.
- Solar installations.
Safety valves are set and sealed at the factory.
