355bHL Safety valves with bellows made of GGG 40.3 spheroidal graphite cast iron with flange connections
Proven technology consisting of various materials for the most diverse requirements: this valve made of nodular cast iron GGG40.3 is a cost-effective alternative to corrosion-resistant versions made of bronze or stainless steel.
These safety valves are used not only for the protection of large-scale heating systems in construction engineering but also for industrial applications and power plants.
The safety valves are for the protection of:
- Thermostatically protected closed water heating systems with supply temperatures up to 120 °C for all static heights or nominal power above 350 kW according to TRD 721, DIN 4751, and DIN EN 12828.
- If the thermostatic limiting and control unit fails, the safety valve must discharge the total heating power of the boiler in the form of hot water and steam.
Because these valves are made entirely of metal, they can also be installed at high ambient or radiation temperatures.
Safety valves are factory-set and sealed.
