Normally closed solenoid valve with diaphragm and forced lifting. When the solenoid is activated, the differential pressure of the secondary side of the diaphragm is reduced via the servo hole. The effective differential pressure pushes the diaphragm away from the valve seat. If there is no differential pressure, the diaphragm is directly lifted by the solenoid. The valve opens and closes without a differential pressure between the inlet and outlet.
