The pressure transmitters PIEZOMESS PZM200 and PZM201 as well as VARIMESS VRM200 and VRM201 are suitable for pressure and level measurements in pipelines and containers. The modular process connection system offers a wide range of connection adapters and makes a lasting contribution to reducing costs.
The front-flush process connection with O-ring seal and stainless steel membrane is EHEDG type EL-ASEPTIC CLASS 1 certified and is therefore predestined for measurements with the highest hygienic requirements.
The sensor measuring ranges of the piezoresistive, vacuum-tight measuring cell with stainless steel membrane of the PZM pressure transmitter range from -1/0…0.35bar to -1/0…100bar. The VRM pressure transmitters have a capacitive measuring cell with a ceramic membrane and are designed for measuring ranges from -1/0…+4bar to -1/0…+70bar or 0…4bar to 0…70bar.
Due to their high overload protection, they are suitable for measurements where pressure shocks and cavitation are to be expected. Special measuring ranges are available for both variants.
All pressure transmitters in the 200/201 series are developed for universal applications, especially for applications at permanently high temperatures up to 200°C. Furthermore, the pressure transmitters can be easily read, configured and diagnosed via the on-site display in the 200 series and the OPUSi display and operating module in the 201 series.
Using the EASY TRANSFER function, the configuration data can be copied to other pressure transmitters in the 201 series via the OPUSi. This simplifies commissioning for the same applications. Thanks to the possibility of programming tank dimensions for standard tank designs as well as volumes determined using the calibration method for special tanks, exact fill levels and tank contents can be displayed directly.
In addition to the features of the 200/201 series, the pressure transmitters of the 200H/201H series have a built-in HART® modem. This makes it possible to configure and evaluate the transmitters remotely using the HART® protocol.
