Conductive level sensor - Type NKS 11
Features:
Conductive threshold level detection of liquid media
Version suitable for high-hygiene environments EHEDG/FDA
Stainless steel housing with IP67 protection
Maintenance-free operation
Option: with nm level module
Description:
Conductive level sensors are primarily designed for detecting threshold levels in liquids such as fruit juices, beer, milk, etc., with a minimum conductivity of 5 µS. The favorable design, featuring a sealing cone and corresponding welding sockets, eliminates places where residues can collect.
This ensures easy cleaning and suitability for industries such as food and pharmaceuticals. CIP- and SIP-suitability are guaranteed.
The non-corrosive materials used for the rod and insulation make the sensor suitable for corrosive media. Various process connection forms allow optimal adaptation to the application. The sensor can be shortened for practical storage. The electrode is coated with HALAR, making the threshold level detection suitable for foaming media.
